Sunlight Ascending's biography
Sunlight Ascending is a young band that formed in Detroit, Michigan, USA around the beginning of 2007. Their music is a mix of Post-rock, Shoegaze and dreamlike soundscapes. The band is comprised of guitarist James Schultz and his drumming brother Jeremy Schultz, 'guitarists Andrew Mcilwain and Sean Reed, and bassist/guitarist Trish Chisholm. Recorded in the spring of 2009, Sunlight Ascending's first full-length CD on California's FutureRecordings label, "All The Memories, All At Once", is a disc of epic recordings far beyond their young years.
