The first full lenght album "Brand New Way, Brand New Situation" was released by japanese Alliance-Trax, in 2004. At the fall of 2004 the band joined the team of the successfully uprising austrian label Burning Season Records.



In 2005 after recording their 3rd record "Hopeless Illusions" EP, decided to leave Burning Season Records and join to Deadbutcher Records what is owned by their good friend Mikita, who helped them in many ways during the past few years.



The Idoru is a rock band with the power of five wild-hearted mustangs, whenever they're about change the tired mood into a rampageous craziness in a smoky club or just simply recording one of their sure to be hits in a hidden studio. Although the roots of the five piece lies deep within the hungarian underground punkrock community, their mixed and evolved style wich makes them quite recognizable nowadays has everything incorporated what they've felt, touched throughout the last nine years. With two records already released and new things to come, they've proven from Budapest to Tokyo that they're a band that worthy to keep a good eye on.
